The blonde singer was followed by Oprah Winfrey at the second spot and this year’s Oscar awards host Ellen DeGeneres at the third place, reports Tittle-Tattle.

The award winning DeGeneres was followed by another TV personality Rosie O’Donnell.

In the poll for “What female public person or celebrity is most in need of Peeps,’ rehabbed singer Britney Spears won with an astounding 4pct of the votes.

Hillary Clinton and American Idol judge Paula Abdul completed the top three, at the second and the third spots respectively.
