Jessica Simpson ‘hard to get over’ says Nick Lachey

jessica-simpson-nick.jpg
even with a high profile romance with MTV celebrity Vanessa Minnillo, Nick Lahey has admitted that he is not sure if he will ever get over his past Jessica Simpson. The Newlywed stars, who are undeniably two of the most attractive faces in the pop world, are currently in the final stages of their divorce.

though Nick has been making attempts to move on with his life, including immersing himself in making his new album, the singer admitted to Ok! magazine that he may never be 100 per cent more than his ex-wife. “I’m in the process, but I’ve been consumed with the album and haven’t had a chance to feel sorry for myself,” he admitted. “I think it’s a process. I don’t know if I’ll ever be over Jessica.”

Jessica meanwhile has been alleged to have started a relationship with her Employee of the Month co-star Dane Cook, though this has been constantly denied.

Jessica Simpson’s new latest song

jessicasimpson-performance.jpgThis song too has a disco beat so fierce it’s practically macho. And it starts with a knowing tease as Beyoncé summons the instruments one by one: “High-hat. 808. Jay.” (Drums, a drum machine and a rapper boyfriend: what else do you need?)

But the refrain doesn’t give Beyoncé a chance really to show off, and Jay-Z’s second verse in particular sounds a bit clunky. It’s a fair-to-middling single from a singer who is the opposite of desperate: Beyoncé has already topped the charts this year with her keyed-up Slim Thug collaboration, “Check On It.” One way or another, she’ll do it again.

Listeners in search of the next “Crazy in Love” should be looking instead to Ms. Aguilera, the unpredictable former teen-pop star. Her 2002 album, “Stripped,” included a garish club track (”Dirrty”), an inspirational ballad (”Beautiful,” accompanied by a pro-gay video) and a feminist hip-hop collaboration (”Can’t Hold Us Down,” featuring Lil’ Kim).

Ms. Aguilera’s new single, “Ain’t No Other Man” (RCA), comes from her forthcoming double-album, “Back to Basics.” It’s devastating: all hard drums and horn blasts, with Ms. Aguilera delivering a series of nimble vocal runs and roaring ad-libs. (The song was produced by the pioneering hip-hop producer DJ Premier.) The period-piece video, directed by Bryan Barber, casts Ms. Aguilera as Baby Jane, a jazz singer tearing up a Harlem speakeasy. And for now her only problem is a happy one: How on earth will she top this?

Ms. Simpson, on the other hand, is a hugely successful singer with nothing in particular to top. Her 2003 album, “In This Skin,” sold almost three million copies, and yet it’s hard to think of a Jessica Simpson song everyone knows. What everyone knows of course is that her marriage to Nick Lachey was chronicled on a reality show, “Newlyweds,” and that its demise has been chronicled in the tabloids.

Beyoncé, Aguilera, Jackson, Simpson and Jewel: Seeking Another Turn in the Spotlight

jessica-simpson-red-dress.jpg
I can’t get over you. Every time I see you, everything starts making sense. Here’s an opportunity that you don’t wanna miss. Call on me, anytime that you please. Listen, dear, I need you to hear: I cannot disappear. By accident or by design, it’s comeback season on the pop charts. Which means that right now five A-list (or formerly A-list) pop stars are clamoring for our attention. They are, in the order their pleas were quoted, Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Jessica Simpson, Janet Jackson and Jewel. And they are, all of them, telling us how much they missed us, in hopes that we’ll tell them the same thing.

Jessica Simpson,dumb acts.,,,,,,,

jessica-simpson-speech.jpg
Is it possible Jessica Simpson is so dumb she could actually rip off a Madonna song and not even realize it? The confounded-by-tuna starlet’s new song “A Public Affair” has been posted on her website, jessicasimpson.com, but critics are calling foul, saying it sounds like an obvious knock-off of Madge’s “Holiday.”

“The single appears to bear a striking resemblance to Madonna’s 1983 hit ‘Holiday’,” comments on TMZ.com said.

Case in point: “All night, let’s rock, ’cause the party don’t stop/All the cameras come out for a public affair/Who cares. Let’s rock, ’cause the party don’t stop.” And who told her to trade in her powerhouse vocals, the one thing she had over all the other pop-tarts, for this song’s sugary sweet drivel? Groan.

A rep for Simpson didn’t seem to see the similarities or the suckiness, telling TMZ.com: “It is a fun summer single and comparing it to retro Madonna is flattering!”

Simpson’s New Video Tape

cute-jessica-simpson-smile.jpg
Jessica Simpson enlisted her friends Eva Longoria, Christina Applegate and Christina Milian to star in the videotape for “A Public Affair,” the first single and title track off her forthcoming solo album, which has been noted by many critics to bear a striking resemblance to Madge’s “Holiday.”

hat’s better than ripping off a Madonna song to ensure you have a hit single? Ripping off a Madonna song and then mooching off the fame of your sexy friends in its video! “She said, ‘You better be there biatch!’”

Applegate told TMZ.com while getting an on-set foot massage from director Brett Ratner. “No. She just asked me please, so I said, ‘Of course.’”

Longoria admitted she hadn’t been on skates in years, making her a little nervous of the shoot.”Eighth grade maybe. It’s been a while, but Applegate is an expert so if I fall, I’m bringing her down with me,” she told the site.

“This whole video is basically just a lot of girls having a really good time,” Simpson explained. “I’ve had some adorable friends come out and grace me with their presence and be here just for nothing – just for being my friend.”

Jessica’s Love Refusal

Can’t a girl hug a bloke in public without the world thinking they’re an item? And especially not if Jessica’s been sharing public displays of affection with Cameron Diaz’s ex, Jared Leto.
Jessica Simpson has slammed reports that she’s dating the Alexander star, on a LA radio station. When the host, Ryan Seacrest, asked her about their recent meeting she said: “Don’t ask me about that. It was a night out.” Seacrest evidently wasn’t listening because he then asked: “So you were at the same place at the same time?”
So Jessica answered straight: “We were there, isn’t that a coincidence?”We said ‘Hi’ and gave each other a hug and somehow it became this whole huge story. He’s a friend.”
That’s it then …………
